25 Days of Christmas – Holiday Self-care and Self-healing Advent Calendar
For our Advent calendar, we decided to focus on self-care and self-healing. The holiday season inspires us to be selfless. It is the season of giving. Before we can fully give ourselves into providing selfless act, we must start with ourselves. We need to take some time to ourselves to have a healthy mind, body and soul.

We are using the sheet with the numbers up to 25. This is just one way of using this pad.
You can cut the numbered squares into individuals and flip them. Randomly write one self-caring and self-healing idea on the back of each numbers.
You can chose to arrange your ideas on a specific date. Here, we chose writing a journal for the first day and the rest are randomly placed.
We’ve listed 25 ideas you can use for self-care and self-healing. These are just some ideas for you to start with. You can create your own list that caters to your soul.
